WHAT IS MARDANA DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep Tissue massage provides us with additional tools to release more tension and restore balance to the body.
We open up space in the tissues and, by extension, in the organs corresponding to each area.

We go deep into the muscles. We explore the body in depth. The pain caused by tension dissolves during the session. The recipient feels the relief and sense of well-being that follows the “opening” of the body. They gain a fresh awareness of their body and discover the gifts it has to offer.

Our intention is to touch not only the body but also the soul of the recipient more deeply.

Each teaching module is autonomous and specialized in specific parts of the body: Upon completion, you will be able to offer over 50 different sessions.

It is more about the perspective from which we approach each situation than memorizing a formula.

  • Has completed Ayurvedic Spa massage training or already has experience in any style of massage. Experience is essential in order to prepare the body for Deep Tissue massage.
  • Wants to enrich the form they have been taught.
  • Is seeking additional therapeutic solutions.
  • Wants to offer complete specialized sessions focusing on a specific issue.

Prerequisite: Participants  must have practiced so that their perception of “what my hands touch” (muscle, bone, etc.) is well established.

This varies for each individual. With relative certainty, this translates to minimum 50 full sessions beyond the mandatory training.

CONTENTS:

  • Control and improvement techniques
  • Preparation-warming up without oil variations-
  • Back warm-up-support with pillows variations.
  • Body positioning – side support, Back – upper-middle.
  • Side position: Lower back (middle) – Between chest and pelvis.
  • Sacrum, pelvis, pelvic joint, trochanter
  • In lateral position Thighs, calves.
  • In supine position: Feet, knees
  • In prone position: Arms, ripcage, shoulder blades
  • In supine position: Arms (forearm, upper arm, palm, fingers
  • Side position: Neck, cervical , depression zone, shoulder blade
  • Side and supine: Ribcage, abdomen, diaphragm.
